Can't I just ask AI myself?
You can, and it's a good start. You'll get one answer, from one engine, to one question, on one day. We ask many questions, the way different customers phrase them, in several AI engines, every month. That's how you see the pattern, and what to fix first.
Do you need access to my website?
Only on the platform plan, and only if you want us to apply fixes for you. Every change waits for your approval.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Your next charge won't happen, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and at least 14 days. If you only need a short break, you can pause for up to 14 days at no cost and pick up where you left off.
